Seth Roseman

Seth Roseman, B.S., M.A., T.L.L.P., Cert. MI School Psychologist

Creating a warm and comfortable conversation while using my training and background, I try to help individuals work through difficult times by looking at situations through different perspectives as well as evaluating the presenting evidence in order to develop a plan for their future. In addition to work at Samaritan, I have been a practicing school psychologist working with children and adolescents experiencing difficulty in the school environment. In this capacity, I have worked with students, families, teachers, and school administrators in order to develop support plans. Having a unique understanding of how difficulty at school may arise, I am interested in working with adolescents and their families who are experiencing difficulty with friends, family, and school as well as working with young adults transitioning from adolescence through young adulthood and into adulthood.

Educationally, I am currently a doctoral candidate at Wayne State University studying school psychology. In 2013 I completed my Master of Arts degree in school and community psychology at Wayne State University. I am a nationally certified school psychologist and possess my temporary limited license in psychology while completing my internship. Supervision will be provided by Samaritan Counseling Center of Southeastern Michigan’s clinical supervisor, Karen Schurgin, Psy.D., ATR, LPC, LP.
